DNA 3 condos, which stands for Downtowns Next Address is King West’s newest preconstruction condo project. DNA 3 condo is the 3rd and final phase in the DNA Condo Project.

DNA 3 Amenities: Indoor amenities include a gym with yoga lounge, party room, games room, theatre room, business centre and a unique “rain room”. Outdoors, residence can enjoy the 2nd floor roof top BBQ and lounge are with a misting station for those hot summer afternoons.
DNA 3 Finishes: The nice thing about DNA3 is that all the finishes are standard- so this means there will be 3 different colour pallets to choose from when buying preconstruction. Standard finishes include engineered wood floors, 9 ft ceilings, european inspired kitchen with caesar stone countertops and glass backsplash. Stainless steel applainces area also the standard with an integrated fridge into the italian cabinetry. In the bathroom you’ll find a corian vanity with sandblasted glass and built in medicine cabinet.
